Founded by Ashley Bogucki, Great Lakes HR Consulting & Workforce Solutions brings more than 15 years of progressive Human Resources leadership experience supporting manufacturing, skilled trades, government contracting, and corporate operations. Ashley has served in roles including HR Director, Human Resources Business Partner, HR Shared Services Lead, and HR Operations Analyst, leading workforce initiatives, compliance programs, recruiting strategies, process improvement projects, and enterprise HR operations.
Ashley holds a Master of Human Resource Management degree and is Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certified, with advanced expertise in Workday, HR compliance, workforce optimization, employee lifecycle management, and organizational process improvement. Through a practical, hands-on approach, she partners with businesses to build scalable HR programs, strengthen compliance, improve operational efficiency, and develop high-performing teams that drive long-term success.
